Shipping Method: At Riwayat e Kha®, we primarily offer standard shipping. However, in some cases, express shipping may be necessary to meet your order’s requirements. If customer support advises you to select express shipping to ensure timely delivery, please follow their instructions. Otherwise, standard shipping is suitable if your event date is flexible.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs depend on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The exact shipping charges will be clearly shown during checkout, so you can review them before confirming your purchase.
Processing Time: Since many of our orders are for special events such as weddings, processing times vary depending on the complexity of the outfit. Some designs require additional stitching and preparation time. The volume of orders also impacts delivery times.
Minimum shipping time for prets (ready-to-wear): 12 days. Ready-to-wear (pret) items may be delivered faster. We prioritize orders based on event dates to ensure timely delivery. If your event is within 12 days, we may prioritize your order over one scheduled for a later date. For custom-made and unstitched outfits, please contact us for more details.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and unforeseen events such as customs checks or natural disasters.
